Instructor Profile

Xiong Jing Nan is an Instructor at Evolve Mixed Martial Arts in Singapore. She is the ONE Women’s Strawweight World Champion and China’s first-ever mixed martial arts World Champion. Before transitioning to mixed martial arts, she represented China in boxing internationally. Jing Nan is also a China Open BJJ Champion.

Before embarking on her martial arts journey, Jing Nan competed in weightlifting. However, after being inspired to train martial arts by Chinese martial arts films, she dedicated her life to fulfilling her dream of becoming a World Champion. To achieve her dream, she has had to move away from home and live apart from her family for years at a time.

Jing Nan holds a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
