It is commonly used offensively as a finishing move to knock your opponent out or to open cuts so that it will cause a referee stoppage. In this Training Series, we will be teaching you how to use elbows effectively in any situation, as well as how to use it against specific fighters.
The slashing elbow is one of the most common Muay Thai techniques. The key to generating power is to rotate your shoulder, hips, and feet in the same way that you would when punching.
